I am uncircumcised and foreskin retracts when flaccid only if i try to pull but have to use a bit force and it pains like a pinch to retract it...i have only retracted it 2 times and had used lidocaine that time.....i am 17.....and i want to know can i have sex.....m a virgin....i have brought a benzocaine condom but i am not sure about how to wear as everywhere it is written that one must pull back foreskin to put condom while i cant do that....being flaccid and using lidocaine ..i was able to retract 2tyms ..being hard i dont think its gonna be easy as it will pain too much since hard the head is too big and the skin to tight to go back.....so if i cant pull foreskin can i still wear and use the condom and lose my virginity......but i qm scared that what if since the vagina is tight that my foreskin in the condom gets pulled back in trying to insert and it pains a lot , can that happen? Can i have sex..... answer?

1. Go to a doctor and talk about your tight foreskin. They can give you advice, a steroid cream and put you in touch with a specialist if necessary.

2. You do want to be able to retract your foreskin for cleaning purposes. If you're able to keep it clean and it's not causing any other issues you may not require a circumcision - although it may change as you get older.

3. You don't need to pull back your foreskin when having sex. If it hurts try sometime different - more lubricant - chat to doctor etc.

4. If you've never had sex - I'd just buy standard condoms -practice putting it on before you are required to do so.

My boyfriend has this problem and he went to the gp about it, he was prescribed steroid cream and after a few weeks he could retract it erect although it's still attached to the head. We haven't had sex yet but he can receive oral etc. When we tried to have sex before he used the cream he said it was painful. Best wishes

You have to pull back the foreskin before using a condom.

You have to pull back the foreskin before using a condom.
You may choose to and for extra sensitivity it's recommended but you really don't have to.

Maybe? I guess it would be less sensitive?

But in the video what does it say at 0:30 like it's the main point?

Yeah, it's also in every condom packaging I've ever read.

There's no clinical reason, it's purely about sensation. Generally without a condom a foreskin would naturally travel back during penetration, providing more sensation. When using a condom such movement is highly restricted so retracting your foreskin before you begin will maximise sensation.

Some guy's do and some choose not to, as long as the result is enjoyable it doesn't matter.

Oh ok, good point! I think it's probably a good idea though because it's recommended.

I have heard from other girls that some of their guys have tight foreskin. Remember you are 17 so your body is still growing so your foreskin may get more supple when you are a little older. However, this question is for your Doctor to answer. Only they are qualified to offer you best advice as everyone has different medical needs. Dont be shy - ask them about it. They are used to these type of sexual concerns from their patients.

Yes, and it's important, because otherwise you won't feel very much (if you wear a condom).
