I did not do my vaccination in the UK, as I was born overseas. Need help with how or where can I obtain my vaccination evidence for MMR, varicella and TB??

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not something that I can give a definite answer for.
However, I would imagine that you would need to speak to your doctor to obtain any evidence of receiving necessary vaccines.

They have two emails listed as well as a contact postal address and telephone number so please make use of these as is appropriate for yourself.
