Zero hour contract

Hi,

I was wondering if I'm still eligible for the migrant work if I have a zero hour contract ?
Also, I've only started working there a few weeks ago so I won't have 3 months payslip yet, will that be a problem?

Yes you can still be eligible if you have a zero hour contract.

Evidence to send would be a copy of your contract of employment that accurately represents your contracted hours and pay. If the contract does not confirm your hours and pay or you are on a zero hour contract we will need a letter from your employer confirming this information. This letter must be signed by a member of the Human Resources Department or their Manager.
