Title says it all really.

I'm doing BSc Computer Science. Would the grade be rounded up to a First?

In some unis it might be rounded up - you need to check. Sometimes it depends on how many modules were above 70%. In some unis the first year grade doesn't count at all.

It is a great start - it would probably be a first or just under, but they don't generally tend to give you a overall grade for first year, and in most cases, it doesn't really count towards your final grade.

They sometimes round it up to a first if you're that close, but this is done case by case I think. First year doesn't count anyway?

I know it doesn't, but who wouldn't' want a first to show on their CV, rather than a 2.1? I know it's a little nitpicky but I want to be at an advantage when I'm applying for placements.

Generally Universities don't round up grades until after they have calculated the overall classification grade after 3rd year. Being 1st year, 9/10 Unis don't count it towards your final degree grade so it won't be part of the overall value which would eventually be rounded up.

So basically it is a 2:1, but a very high one at that! Congratz Keep up the good work and I am sure you'll be successful.
