EAS, Section 7A ... confused

do you put the AS grades you achieved for the subjects that you are carrying on to A2? This is what i done (and my school is no help at all. everyone tells me something else so i dnt know wut to do):

-------------------------------------------------------------
Qualifications Achieved:

AS:
Biology B
Chemistry B
Physics B
(these are the ones im carryin on)

General Studies C
Maths (i done only two units and got B's in both. Last unit in january --> should i put this as pending and get my referee to mention this?)

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Qualifications Pending:

A2:
Biology (i am supposed to leave this blank, right?)
Chemistry
Physics

---------------------------------------------------------

so is this layout correct? my tutor says to include my AS grade for my A2 subjects (i havent certified anything at all yet). But other people are telling me to only put the subjects i am doing now in pending and not in AS?

so who is rite?
thanks

Only put completed qualifications in 7A. The ones you are carrying on go in 7B. You also put GCSE grades in 7A. Put them first, leave a blank line, then put any COMPLETED AND DROPPED ASs.

You should end up with...

7A
GCSE A
GCSE B
GCSE C
GCSE A
GCSE B
GCSE C
GCSE A
GCSE B
GCSE C

COMPLETED AND FINISHED AS

7B.
A2 NOT FINISHED
A2 NOT FINISHED
A2 NOT FINISHED
(Then in your case) AS NOT FINISHED

I put all my AS results in 7A) as we certify them at my college.

Otherwise how would Uni's know your AS grades?
