Using old spec GCSE for new 9-1 GCSE revision?

Recently I found the old specification videos from mygcsescience and I don't know if it would be helpful for me currently (I'm going into year 11 is September) or if i should actually use them for my revision? I have all the videos apart from the videos in B3
The base of the old gcse is still there, it's just that they've added more things to it to make it more difficult. Somethings you might not have to remember in the old spec may be essential now. You can use them, but you must use recent sources as well, or else you'll fail

Yes the old spec is broadly similar, minus some new topics. You can use the old papers for revision.
