Worst punishment at school, i.e. detention/isolation Watch

The "worst" punishment as in the most ineffective. I usually skipped PE and instead sat in some empty classroom where I sat on my own and did my maths AS level work and whenever I got caught I would always get sent to seclusion (as you do for skipping lessons) where I had to sit on my own and do my maths AS level work.
