Hi everyone in the house, I applied as a single parent for 2017/18 application because my partner left me and the children to stay temporary with a friend due to domestic issues but later resolved in February 2018. The SLC COUNTER FRAUD DEPARTMENT state in their decision letter that that have not been able to provide any evidence of my partner having moved out at the time I applied as a single parent to my children and this is after I provided a statutory declaration of my partner attested before commissioner for Oath that clarified her position as at the time of my 2017/2018 application that all the information’s in my application at the time is true and her home address does not change during her temporary of staying with her friends. Now I need your advise regarding the appeal or either formal complain which one is the best and what is the solution.
