Most unis will accept access.
You can check this by going to the uni course page and looking at entrance requirements.
What will vary is the grades they expect you to get in terms of distinctions and merits.
You can start to id unis in London and you should be realistic at what your academic level is.
Not sure what you regard as London 5, 10 mile radius?
That is a 10 mile radius of London and computer science degrees.
You will have to check each uni yourself by doing some research.

We accept Access to HE Diplomas at for entry onto the Computer Science degree programmes. You should pass the Access course with a minimum of 104 UCAS points.

I’m also wondering about the computer science course as I want to do this at Westminster uni. Is there a set amount of credits you should receive at distinction ???

We don't have a set amount of credits at distinction or merit. You should have a minimum of 104 UCAS points of which you should have merits and distinctions (no passes).
