need an advice for bsc physiotherapy program!

heyy guys
i ve accepted for these universities of physiotherapy program but im not really sure which d be best for me..!?
1. charles uni (prague) 3 years
2.pecs uni (hungary) 4 years (hons)
3.warsaw uni (poland) 5 years (bsc+md)

charles seems to be the hardest one and im a bit scared of it.. what if i fail in my first year.. then i wont have an another chance to.. :/

all the physio programs in poland re 5 years so if i fail at the 3rd year then dosnt make sense.. and i have no chance to go for a master somewhere cuz all the program is together so even if i fail in the 4th year.. ughh.. :/

pecs seems to be easier but i have no idea how its gona be there.. :/

(i say im scared a bit that cuz of my english s intermediate)
