PE kit rules

What were the rules in your school about what you were allowed to and not allowed wear in PE?

White shirt w school logo.
black shorts/pants. No leggings for girls (pity, it was a good look)
Sport shoes
Water bottle.

My teachers cared so little about the stuff we wore. Usually the first few weeks they were strict but they eventually gave up after we all just wore whatever lol

School PE polo shirt in summer or long sleeved top in winter
School PE shorts in summer or tracksuits in winter
Trainers suitable for being in the sports hall
Trainer socks in summer or long school PE socks in winter
No jewellery of any kind
Long hair tied up
