Studio flat @ new Chaucer House available

They're the newest halls in Portsmouth, there were around 12 left when I contacted Unite Students on 15/08/18.

It's right next to Portsmouth and Southsea railway station and 10 minutes walk to the university and there's a variety of social spaces and common room areas.

All holidays within the duration of the tenancy agreement are included.
Full year - 16 Sep 2018 - 08 Sep 2019 - 51 weeks
£229 Per Week

OR Please send me your name and contact number or email and I will personally pass that on to them ASAP to give them my permission to replace my tenancy.

Yes it's still available for £229 per week.
