Bad exam results

I just recently received my exam results and I got an;
A in admin
B in English
C in biology, chemistry and Modern Studies
I can only do 2 highers in S5, however I have always had a passion and wanted to study medicine even if it means I have to take longer routes to get to where I want as I am dedicated and willing to do anything to achieve my future goals. I was wondering if I could ever get a place in university with 5 highers at A in s6. (Ps I know these results are the worst ever, I’ve never been a straight A student. I know it will also mean I will have to work my butt off the next 10 Years)
Any tips or advice would be very much appreciated!
