Barbaric news coming out of Saudi Arabia as it is reported that the Saudi Regime crucified a man convicted of murder.

This comes days after threatening to commit a 9/11-style terror attack in Canada in response to Canada expressing concern over the arrest of numerous Saudi (and one Saudi-American) women's rights activists.

In light of that, there has been a Saudi campaign to criticise/highlight Canada's human rights issues, which obviously seems rather ludicrous now that they have crucified a man in 2018...

For context, the crucifixion process entailed beheading the man before putting him on display with his arms stretched out.

Saudi Arabia remains the only country in the world to use beheading and crucifixion as a method of capital punishment, other than their proxy Islamic State.

This is the same country that the West sells hundreds of billions of dollars of weapons to, mainly used to raze Saudi towns of its Shia citizens in sectarian massacres or in creating the largest humanitarian crisis in the world today in Yemen (including when Saudi F-16 fighter jets lethally bombed a funeral in Sana'a, massacring 150+ civilians and injuring 500+ more - link below).

The global spread of Wahhabism/terrorism is also well-documented, with 94% of all global terror attacks being committed by radical Sunni Muslims (mostly radicalised/funded by KSA).

Sure, I have now added sources in the OP.

The crucifixion specifically is being widely reported:

They also have a habit of executing pro-democracy activists.

No wonder the Conservative government is so pally with them, loves selling them arms, and why they were so willing to assist in Saudi Arabia's appointment to the UN Human Rights Council.

Let’s pretend to be shocked.

Oil money can make them believe that they’re nobility.

Theft? Chop off his hand.

Attempted rape? Stoning.

Murder? Crucifixion.

What is your real opinion? I sense sarcasm in your post, so that is why I ask again.

According to article they killed him before hanging him up, so method of death was not crucifixion.

A long prison sentence to deter others from committing the same crimes and to protect the rest of society. Restorative justice to provide some form of repair to the people he may have harmed, through voluntary services.

There's a difference between a bullet to the back of the head and being tortured until death.
