Barclays Bank Emergancy Borrowing
I have read on the Barclays website but do not really understand.
I understand the £15 Buffer without fee's
But can you withdraw money or is this service contactless payments or chip n pin only?
And do you have to apply for this service or are they standard with Barclay accounts without overdrafts?
