I have tried masturbating but it doesn't work (through fingering myself) I feel a sensation but it is more of a hurting kinda sensation than a good one so idk if I'm doing it wrong or if something is wrong with me. Help me please.

I'm not a doctor, but you should speak to your parents about this and seek medical advice. There are many services, especially if you're living in London, for those who may have sexual health issues but do not wish speak to your parents about it.

Best of luck,

Huraiyrah

Expert in this, are you?

TBH I thought the thing about rubbing instead of just digging in should be... instintive. It surprises me that it isn't in some people.

like how would she mention this to her parents?? difficulty in having an orgasm is a parental matter?? OP, look at some forums and see what other women's experiences are. you might want to think about getting a vibrator, but go easy as you don't want to make anything less sensitive. I would suggest doing some reasarch.

It shouldn't be hurting unless you are doing it really hard also if your fingernails are really sharp and long. You should definitely see your Gynecologist about this. Masturbation does work when used correctly. Many think it is used for just pleasure and I suppose for many it is, but for many young girls especially it is used for exploration of ones body as well and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. To the OP I haven't a clue how old you are, but if you are young and are just starting to explore your body take it slow and don't get discouraged.

If you’re new to it you probably haven’t found your “spot” yet. For lots of girls penetrating doesn’t give orgasms but clitoral stimulation does. Make sure your fingers are wet and play with your clit. Move your fingers in circles. If you have a full length mirror sit infront of it so you can see what you’re doing.

If you’re not new to it and suddenly can’t orgasm anymore, then probably see a doctor.

"ah yeh mum? I tried ta fingah meself last night but it hurts. What's wrong with me? xx"

"Hav ya tried sticking more than one finger in hun?? xx"

Real **** idk how lenient OP parents are, but please don't ask them. Hit up a GP or look up in the sexual health section because it may have been asked before

Just ask an older female that seems like the friendly/mature type.

Actually I wasn't expecting to see your name pop up on a thread aboutmasturbation  but what you said, like I said, is obvious. It irritates me that more girls don't realize that that's what the clitoris is for

No, she can't if she lives in the UK. She would have to be referred by her GP.

OP - it might be uncomfortable because you are fingering your hymen. Try masturbating without going inside your vagina.

"Ay mum, I tried to finger myself but it didn't work, what should I do?"

I recommend you speak with someone close you trust maybe friends or look around forums. I wouldn't go to parents.
