is GERMAN universities good for applying?
in field of mechanical engineering.
i will be on cloud nine if i can talk to a German person.

I'm assuming you don't speak German - as far as I know, three universities in Germany do Mech Eng degrees taught in English: University of Duisburg-Essen, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences
