what would be easier to study for my equity and trust resit exam? i only need 35% to pass. I have already done Certainties and Charities but i need one more to answer 3 questions.

What is easier of the 3:
(A) Breach of trust by trustees (problem q)
(B) Constructive trusts (essay and problem)
(C) knowing receipt / accessory liability (essay)

If you only need 35% I would go for an essay based question. The key cases on 3rd party liability are a good source of info. and potentially more limited than 'constructive trusts' which can cover a very wide area. Starglade Properties and the recent case of Ivey v Genting Casinos (see para 74) are good on dishonest assistance.
Having said this, I would go for the topic where you felt that you understood the most after attening the seminar(s) on the topic.
