Firm offer has opened for clearing

Should I be concerned that my Firm offer has basically opened clearing early before replying to me? Their website says they have clearing places now, call asap, but I am still waiting for a reply. As I'm a mature student they already have my results.

But you said you're a mature student so they have your results? When did you apply? When did you send your results and what are the conditions of your offer?
