A level jumping season is just round the corner !

it is sensible to get in a few hours' practice before the big day.

make sure you have sensible shoes with good grip; wear practical clothes which allow you to move safely whilst looking peng.

remember that there are dangers associated with this activity. make sure there is a responsible adult nearby, and wear sensible footwear. have fun

if you feel you need a "helping hand" with your jump, why not invest in some helium balloons ? they can add an impressive 22% to a typical leap.
