Edexcel have identified the source of the breach and this person has been debarred from any involvement with Pearson examinations for life. 5 students have been disqualified and 30 more are under investigation. The police are involved.

Images of the paper were for sale on 'closed social media applications' some hours before the exam. When this became apparent Edexcel reported it to OFQUAL and the police immediately and they've been investigating since.
All I can think of when I hear C4 breach is the police blasting through the cheaters' front doors asking about an exam paper.

But people always take it too seriously, people cheat in every paper every year, to think there isn't at least one is ridiculous.
Damn don't mess with the feds
