what happens if i am ungraded in as level english language but graded in other 4 subjects? am i considered as i have passed my alevels?

You sure you mean A levels because it is GCSE which are grades 9-1 and A levels are U to A*.
A grade 4 is a pass
A U is a fail.
You will have passed 4 and failed one. You will need to resit English at some stage.
