"Thirty men and one woman have been charged with offences linked to child sexual exploitation in Huddersfield.
The offences relate to five women when they were aged between 12 and 18, and are alleged to have taken place between 2005 and 2012.
Charges those accused face include rape, trafficking and sexual assault.
Twelve men, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with "numerous offences in connection with the same investigation", police said."

Depressing, but it seems likely there are many more such rings.
Where possible [ it isnt always] when these people get out of prison they should have their passports revoked.

It's a national disgrace. Never in BrIrish history have we ever experienced anything like this . This is an epidemic . When you look at the crime stats they mirror the disgusting incidents you mention . When you read what the Chief constable of greater Manchester said about precisely this problem and the thousands of cases that go unreported it makes you wonder why we have allowed it to happen . Ito first second and third generation Pakistanis in the main , but also Bangladeshi. All this has been highlighTed by the media and GMP along with many other agencies . It's something the Muslim community have done nothing to address . It once again highlights the divisions in our society . I cannot ever see things changing anytime soon . Britain is not the safe place it once was when I grew up . Disgraceful .
