clearing~more than one verbal offer

If I end up in clearing can I get more than one verbal offer in the case that I have 2 universities that I would like a couple of hours to decide between?

You can hold as many verbal offers as you'd like.

That's absolutely fine, but you should make sure that each university is happy to hold your place for that period.
