The morning after pill

I realize this is from 10 years ago so there is little hope of a reply, but did you get glandular fever after taking the morning after pill (not immediately just any time)? because I did and I'm worried there's a correlation:frown:

Basically i had to take the morning after pill last month and i have a doctors appointment tomorrow for something different but by me taking that will it be my medical record that they can see? The hospital delt with me over the phone and prescribed me it from boots. Just i will be with my dad and i don't want them to mention it and him to be sitting there as my parents don't know and i don't want them to know.
