Help, I'm antisocial in front of girls I'm attracted to!

It's strange, it's worrying but I act in an antisocial manner in front of girls I'm attracted to. That is exactly what you don't want but it's happening to me. It is preventing me from achieving a lot of happiness in life. Does anyone else feel the same, that is get antisocial in front of the opposite sex that they like?

I know this sounds strange but what about chatting and going out with really close female friends to start with, that your not attracted to but you feel comfortable around? :smile:

Well an ego can give you confidence, false though it may be. Better to just know that women are *humans*, and like good conversation just like anyone else. And never be scared to be who you are, no ****** point trying to suck up.

Pedastalising really, really doesn't help.

**** the negativity and force yourself to be confident with your thoughts. THis isnt about girls, its about your own self esteem/confidence. Fix that first. Strength is hard to get, but also difficult to lose once you have it.

First off, WAIT! Don't change a thing, shy guys are really really attractive, and makes a change from the usual IN YOUR FACE tactless, over charming, forceful, fake guys... :mad2:

You just need to know how to channel that kinda appeal, you've got a good think going, don't spoil it. If the girls you like don't appreciate that side of you, then keep on steppin' bro :cool:
