Which a levels for optometry

I’m starting year 13 soon and I’m taking biology, chemistry, philosophy and ethics and took an external AS exam in maths and was planning on dropping it. I know you only need two sciences for optometry but would keeping maths and dropping philosophy be better? I got a B in my maths and high A’s in my other three subjects and I’m just not sure whether I’d be able to cope with taking three science a levels of this combination.
Personally I think its best to stick with what you know your best at.You said yourself you probably couldnt cope, and you only really need Chemistry and Biology. When you get a firm offer all that matters from then on is your grades not your subject combination. However keep in mind that you sound like more than a capable maths student and this would not be a bad choice either.Good luck!
