Reapplying to Oxford?

I achieved A*A*A* in English History Economics and have an offer from UCL to study history. However Oxford has been my dream since I was like 9 and I don't particularly want to stay in London. I feel like I have a much better chance now at Oxford because I've done so much more extra reading and feel more prepared for the interview. Some advice would be much appreciated!
If you want to re-apply then I don't see why not. Just means your delaying a year before going to uni. If it's what you want then its worth a shot
