Hello,Code student accommodation based in Leicester - DMU campus. It is a studio flat; you will have your own kitchen, en-suite with shower room, double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe etc. It is the perfect place for university students. If you are particularly interested in meeting people, making friends, partying and having a good time then this is the perfect place to live in. Also, the studio flats are well sound-proofed, such that you can study hard in your room without unnecessary distractions and noise. Also, the accommodation building contains a gym, a mini cinema (projection screen), as well as a communal room with table tennis, pool tables, video games etc. This accommodation is generally really popular, so make sure you get this room asap. Price (£130 - 140 including bills)

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Filbert Village:
- En Suite room with shared Kitchen/Living room
- £113 per week (rent has been paid until Jan) incl. all bills, WiFi, insurance.
- 6 person flat, (current occupants are all very nice and great to live with)

Filbert Village is located on Lineker Way, between the River Soar and the Leicester Tigers rugby stadium, less than 10 minutes’ walk from De Montfort University campus and 10 minutes from Leicester University. The city centre, just a 20 minute walk or a five minute bus ride away, is home to all the high streets banks and shops that you’d expect in a popular university city. For convenience shopping, there’s a Costcutter on Raw Dykes Road, a Lidl within a 5 minute walk, plus a Morrison’s and Tesco Express supermarket within a 10 minute walk. There are a range of takeaways close to the property too, including Chinese, pizza and a chip shop.

Your living essentials:
- All bills included in the rent
- Wi-fi included throughout the property
- Basic contents insurance included
- Secure properties looked after by service teams 24/7
- Log any maintenance requests with our teams via the free MyUnite app
- On site support from property teams
- 24/7 emergency contact centre

Facilities in Filbert Village:
- Furnished bedrooms and fully fitted kitchens
- Fortnightly cleaning of communal areas
- Study and socialise in your common room
- Laundry facilities in the property
- Bike storage
- Vending machines - snacks on site!

Rent is paid in instalments with the next payment due 19th January 2019. That means all rent has already been paid for up until this date!
Security deposit: £200

Tenancy ends on 20 July 2019
