I'm doing a foundation year in Mathematics at LJMU and was wondering whether if it was possible to transfer to the University of Liverpool to do Computer Science and Maths.

No, but I transferred to University of Leicester. But I believe you can transfer to the University of Liverpool, provided that the courses are compatible and you get high enough module marks. Just call them up about and submit a UCAS Application.
