Apologies if this comes across condescending, but have you checked junk and spam? I had a few uni things sent to spam when I was first enrolling! If not, I reckon an email or call tomorrow just to double check wouldn’t be unreasonable - the uni may just be busy processing things after results day but it’s fair to ask
