£100 off official Oxford house room

I paid a deposit to go to Oxford House in Newcastle but have now decided not to go to uni there but need to find a replacement for my room. Are there any Northumbria or Newcastle students looks for accommodation which I will pay £100 of their first rent payment? If so please contact me
