Not alone.

You'd need to have good grades in at least two A-levels, including Biology and Chemistry.

With good GCSEs too.

Foundation degrees aren't an alternative route to said course. Usually foundation degrees are for students who didn't quite meet grade requirements for the A-levels required. Example, Uni of Exeter may want AAA for Medicine in Biology, Chemistry and another science. But their foundation might ask for BBC in Biology, Chemistry and another science.

Btecs alone will not give you any chance in getting into med school, even at foundation level I'm afraid. You NEED A-levels.
