In my Business Studies exam (4133) I achieved a grade B when I was hoping for an A after reviewing the exam results I am in confusion. My school does 413001 (UNIT1), 413002(UNIT2) and 413003(UNIT3).
UNIT 1 I got 66(a) however the exam is out of 60? and even if I got 56 it should be an A*.
UNIT 2 I got 43(c) however the grade boundary states A=44, B=39 and C=34 which means I am one mark away from an A and should get a B but it says I got a C?
UNIT 3 I got 40(a) which is out of 40 which I think means I got full marks and an A*.

A*, B, A* surely should average out to A or A* but I was awarded a B?

Someone please care to explain. Many thanks

The rawe mark is converted to a UMS mark and you are only told the UMS mark.
Unit 1 is out of 80 UMS
Unit 2 is out of 70 UMS
Unit 3 is out of 50 UMS
Total GCSE is out of 200, Need 180 or more for an A*, 160-179 for an A etc.

66+43+40=149. The range for an B is 140-159. so you're right in the middle.
