anyway for me to improve my English Lang grade bc my paper didn't go too well?...

so in my English Language i got a 5 which was way lower than my predicted 8...

i only did parts of the questions in Paper 1 from what I remember and missed a whole one or two questions out bc i ran out of time... i doubt there is, but is there anyway for me to improve the grade?? bc i could appeal, but idk how close i was to a 6? 😒
There are two options.

1. Talk to your school about a remark. They will be able to tell you if it is worth it.

2. Resit, if it really matters to you. Because you passed, you may have to pay for it.

The school only sent us a letter for the enquiry saying the obvious it could be lower/stay/increase, nothing specific to my question? And I don't think I would resit it bc that's more hassle than I can bother with, but ty for the advice
