So I was never planning on doing 4 a levels, but I cant find another solution.
Initially I was going to take; Theatre,Film and Media. (Film the subject I dislike the most - but I believe it has good career prospects)

However on results day I got a 9 in English Language, before this I'd been thinking of taking English as I am good at it and I believe its useful to take a"real" subject, so I have a safety net in the future. As I could always turn to journalism or advertising

Will 4 be too many?, What should I do?

Some people do 4 and drop one in 13.

You need to understand how and whether your commination works together and does it get you onto your next course?
All those subjects are niche and English would bring a bit of balance in and create a few more options.
Not sure I would bother with both film and media. All three of your originals are niche and will be considered soft/ non preferred fro courses outside their direct subject area.

Read and play with these.

Which course?

Oh boy.
You're picking a subject you hate, to study for two years as one whole third of your total subjects. Bad idea. Very bad idea.
Secondly, you're almost certainly not going to land a career in film just from doing film A-level. If career prospects are all you care about, go into medicine or investment banking.
If you want to take English literature A-level, take it instead of film.
