So i was looking at courses to do in college and i saw BTEC level 3 subsidiary diploma, what is a subsidiary diploma??

A BTEC qualification that's equivalent to 1 A-Level. So if you decide to do a subsidiary diploma you will do other subjects alongside.

Oh right, so for example I can do BTEC ICT, Business and applied science?

An extended diploma is equivalent of 3 A-levels.

If the BTEC ICT, Business and Applied science are all subsidery diplomas then that's equivalent to 3 A-Levels too so that workload should be similar.
