So two years ago i did my GCSEs at secondary school, i studied Maths,English,Sociology,History,Science and Spanish.

I'm content with the results that i received apart from my Spanish. So i was set to do the nornal foundation test but a teacher did a mistake and put me in the "Higher" paper mistakingly. I failed due to this, i can also say i failed due to my lack of intelligence but i can proudly say that i would have passed the foundation paper 100%.

I am aware this is 2 years after but it's always in the back of my mind. I currently study IT Level 3 and I'm in my final year. Could i resit espanol?

Yes although you have to find somewhere that will assess you for the oral and aural tests. That would cost extra and not all test centres would do it.
