I have low self esteem but strangely I found walking round my bedroom naked in front of my mirror liberating, does any other girls feel this way?

I am male and always seem to do this before I go to bed a lot. It makes me feel a lot more refreshed rather than wearing clothes, and because of my windows being open you get a nice breeze. :tongue:

I do this! Only problem is one of my windows that faces onto the street (with a block of flats opposite) has a very thin curtain. So it's a risky game!

A former flat mate of mine was a nudist and used to walk around the flat topless a lot. She usually walked around in the nude in the morning or before going to bed.

It was a bit weird at first, but got used to it! LOL
