i don't know what's happening to me

i didn't know whether this was serious enough to see a doctor about, so i thought i'd post this thread to see if anyone has any similar problems or knows what i should do?

basically, i've been feeling really tired recently and keep feeling quite dizzy.
my weight has dropped from about 8 stone 10 to 7 stone 9 in the space of 3 months, but i've still been eating the same and haven't increased exercise.
i haven't had a proper period in around 1 year and since then i've had 1 occurance of 'spotting' which was for 2 days.
i don't know whats happening to me, or is this normal? my lifestyle hasn't changed, psychologically i'm fine...and i usually put on weight around this time of year, not lose it..
and i feel CONSTANTLY exhausted
does anyone know what could be happening?
thank you

this is the kind of thing you go doctors for.
the simptoms can be linked to lots of different things so it wouldnt be fair to try and guess across the net.
see your gp

I'm with dh00001, go see your GP. It could be any number of things or nothing at all but best to get checked out

Losing your period isn't normal at all. None of that sounds normal actually.

Get a diabetes test.
Nothing to worry yourself over, but see a doc as soon as

Maybe it's lack of sleep?
I don't know though.
Maybe anaemia?

Go to you gp! but i think that losing your period isn't normal, but go even if they seem small

I second JohnNicolls' suggestion, sounds a lot like possible diabetes, the stopping of your period is likely to be connected to the weightloss. Definitely go to the doctor. Also just to say you should never feel that any symptoms you ever have might not be worth bothering the doctor about, peace of mind is important and a doctor would never be annoyed at you for going to them.

If that happened to me, I'd nip to the GPs sharpish.

i would definately see a doctor, its their job to help peoples worrys

it will probably be a nice change for them to see someone without a cough or a sneeze

I'm a guy so period thing doesn't apply to me, but I had something similar recently. My doctor (after a load of EKGs, MRIs etc) said I was suffering from some form of migraine.

Symptoms:
very tired, up to 15 hrs sleep a day at weekends
bouts of dizziness and blurred vision/complete blindness
sound sensitivity during the 'attacks'

sound similar to you? the dizziness would last perhaps 10 seconds (with me staggering around) and i'd loose my vision at the same time. Also, sounds became very loud. see a doctor.

Definitely see your doc. Could be a range of things, from diabetes to anemia

See a doctor, could be many things ranging from stress to diabetes.
I hope it isn't too serious. Good luck!

anemia, diabetes, thyroid problem? definatley go to the doctors, they will be able to do some tests and find out what's wrong.

I would get yourself down to the doctors asap, none of that sounds too good at all. I hope its nothing serious at all. Good luck
