My dog has fleas and while I was asleep he licked my lips and tongue, anyway I am worried that when he licked me I may have ate some flea eggs, if I did swallow any flea eggs could I get worms?

Fleas are insects. Worms are not - two different parasites.

You need to get your dog deflead. And maybe take some worm tablets yourself.

Yes of course you could have worms from the dog licking your tongue. What is the matter with you. Do you not have any idea of basic hygiene

Fleas lay their eggs in the carpet, so unless you’ve been chewing on the carpet it’s unlikely you ate flea eggs.

However, as already mentioned, if your dog has worms you might want to do something about it. Worm eggs are transmitted through the faecal/oral route, so your dog may have **** some eggs out, licked it’s arse and potentially transmitted them to you when you let it lick your tongue.

Evidently not, by the looks of things.

I don’t think my dog has worms, how would I know if he did?

All dogs have worms. They sniff each other's bottoms and apparently eat poo. As I discovered my dog doing yesterday.

All dogs don't have worms. Most responsible owners worm their pets regularly anyway

This all sounds highly unlikely.

Lots of dog owners are regularly licked by their dogs, the vast, vast majority do not get worms or any other illness from their dog.
Instead humans who catch parasites generally do so from infected food (the UK food network makes this highly unlikely, as does following basic hygiene, washing vegetable/fruit before eating and cooking meat property) or from catching exotic parasites abroad, which do not live in the uk.

Do not under any circumstances take a medication designed for an animal.

Do *take your dog to the vet, as required.

Do talk to your doctor if you are concerned.

Well perhaps if you were a responsible dog owner, you would deal with the flea issue a lot more sooner before something like that happened.

Unlikely you actually "ate" them but you should definitely seek treatment for your dog before it happens again.

I’m going to get treatment for my dog tomorrow, my main concerns is because he licked my tongue he may have transferred flea eggs and I swallowed them, which means I’ll now have a tapeworm grow inside me
