Hiya so I'll be starting 6th form soon and I'll be doing Physics, Biology and Maths. I was considering a career in medical physics or neurology. I know many universities don't allow you to do neuroscience without chemistry but I was wondering if there's a different path I could take for neurology or if there was a course I could do somewhere for the chemistry required.
Are you clear on the difference between neurology and neuroscience? It would be a good idea to do some research on their differences so you know which one you want to apply for.
Neurology requires a medical degree first. So you would have to be thinking about applying for medicine. Most universities require chemistry for medicine.
For neuroscience, UCL requires chemistry and I'm not sure which other ones do but there are definitely many universities which you can apply for neuroscience with your a level combination.
