Hi, I was trying to calculate my GPA, just to see where I'm at, however it's very confusing especially since I took 3 CIE exams and 7 Edexcel exams, my grades were:
(Edexcel):
A*
A*
A*
8
A
A
(CIE):
B
B
B

Could anybody help me calculate my GPA, please ?

There's no real direct conversion. The GPA education system is different.

https://help.cambridgeinternational....t-Average-GPA-

But you could very roughly use something like Fulbright's:
  • A*: 4.00
  • A: 4.00
  • B: 3.30
  • C: 3.00
  • D: 2.30
  • E: 2.00
  • F: 1.30
  • G: 1.00

An 8 is an A* (4.0)

But it's really best to ask the universities you are considering.

I'm not an expert, but i think it's between 1 and 4, and 4 is the highest, so take an average?

Just average all the GPA figures that you get about, but it is a ballpark figure only and not a true equivalency.
