How to get fees loans if I hold a qualification that is equivalent to a certificate of higher education in the UK ?
I studied in my country in Africa and now here I can't get funding because of that.
I would like to do business and accounting joint honours on part time but I don't know if that an exception course.
Can anyone help please.
