Can routainers be tightened/altered to fix flaw in teeth

So I got my braces off about 2 year ago and I've always wore the retainer at night. I've notice one tooth that doesn't seem to want to get in position no matter how much I wear the routainer. Also I've recently noticed a small gap appear between my two front teeth and I don't know if it's the routainer that did it or whatever. Anyways as a 15 year old in the UK would my orthodontist be able to change the routainer so it fixes the out of place tooth and close that gap and is it free?
Best to just call your orthodontist and ask over the phone or book an appointment. I'm not sure if it would be free but it could considering that you're under 16.
