Calm down. You are not dead. These attacks often get severe during a cold. You've had it before, so don't freak out as if this is the first time and you have no idea what to do.

I know it's uncomfortable. But feeling miserable and deliberately anxious will cost you nothing but more pain.
Why not deal with it in a more logical way, such as now you're taking rest and distracting yourself, while the arrangements are made due to which you're receiving your new medicines tomorrow, all because of your very own wise decision ?

Getting scared won't change anything.

Being calm and taking the right actions based on right decisions made in a relaxed state will.

There are many people out there who even live with cancer, and are still going strong.

Allergic asthma is NOTHING, tbh :yep:

Everything will be okay, especially from tomorrow, in shaa Allah.

You're not crazy.

It's just that you're one rare gem that takes the risk of trying to make people understand the common, complicated human thoughts that many have within themselves, even without realization.

But it's strange how so many people (including myself, tbh) find the most raw and real inner thoughts to be meaningless, when uttered out loud.

Positive self-talk:

1. Others' opinions do not always have to dictate my life.

2. Caring too much about others actually describes my own positive personality traits- at least I bothered to care about complete strangers

3. Grades define my work ethic and habits that are easily flexible under certain circumstances, and do not have to define me.

4. It's better to wait rather than giving into peer pressure and do things that are just not 'me'.
Staying true to myself is more important than anything else in such situations.

5. Prayer helps. Ameen. Always gotta keep my belief in Allah stronger than ever at all times

6. I better take other people's jealousy as a compliment

7. Approaching things with logic rather than emotions or expectations hurts less.

8. Nothing is wrong with dreaming big.

9. Health > Education.

10. Things obviously have a way of working out on its own.

Never in my family though

I'll probably get married after I complete my PhD or something in the future

It's okay to feel like you're dependent on medicines when you need it.

Don't beat yourself up for procrastinating.

Remember, you're a HUMAN.

Just think of ways to make up for the loss as much as you can
