what is your study tips for physics?

hi, im going into year 10 I started the gcse course in year 9. I have never been good at physics always getting low scores on tests etc at the end of year 10 we do mock exams in preparation for year 11 im worried that I will fail physics if I don't find study stuff that helps me with physics

At the moment I struggle to revise so don’t have a set method for any subject, I don’t understand a lot of the stuff we do and I have issues with remembering stuff which makes doing tests quite hard as I can’t remember what we do
