Doing a page in the yearbook - what to write?

Hi. For our year 13 yearbook the idea is that everyone in the year has half a page which they design themselves, with their name, a photo and a message to everyone else.

I really don't know what to do with mine...I don't have any decent pictures of me as I'm really camera-shy and look bad in photos.

More importantly, I don't know what to write and what tone to take. I have a very small group of friends that I spend most of my time with, so I don't really know what to say aimed at the masses. I can't even think of any in-jokes or anything that I can bring into it. I think I should be funny or witty somehow, but knowing me it'll be really forced and I'll regret writing it soon after. So just go for a straightforward "good luck" etc message? Might seem stuffy, boring and unoriginal though?

Any advice much appreciated.
you can write the normal luck stuff, more less everyone will do it, but its nice, you can be funny or witty depends or how you say it mocking a techer get along with or write a message to your firends in it

Thanks for the reply.

Has anyone else got any ideas. I've written the bulk of it but need a few ideas to sprinkle in...
In 10 years time, when people forget everybody and they look back, then you want them to read your page and chuckle. I advise you to be funny but personal rather then aiming at the masses. Tell funny anecdotes about teachers or lessons, that most can related to, but most importantly your group of friends.

Don't think we're getting a year book, again.
Do NOT write anything that seems funny at the time, as it will seem lame when it comes to print. I didn't dare look at, nevermind buy my yearbook because of my comments. :/

TOO LATE.

Oh well, everyone will remember me as 'lame' for the rest of my/their lives then. Nevermind.

In fact no - that's terrible!!! I wnt to be looked back on as awesome! I need to retract my comments immediately.

Thank you for the advice.
