James Bailie Park - Early fire alarms

Will there be early fire alarms set off by those who can't cook toast? And if noise and parties are effected my ability to work, will the university let me transfer halls?

Reasons I would argue if they were a problem.

- Sanitary in shared kitchen, smells of msoke, triggers anxiety as I am a hyperchrondriac
- noise, keeping me awake, get very little sleep, effecting my ability to work
