S.47 is an either way offence so it can either be tried in the Magistrate’s Court or in a Crown Court.

Is it necessary to discuss about section 18 and 20 as well when ABH is concerned?
Could you please explain S18, 20 and 47?
Do you have any resources to share on this area?

Thanks.
